If you're experiencing an incorrect diamond balance, it's essential to ensure that all your wallets are linked to one main account. This will allow you to see the correct total of all your diamonds in one place.
How to Ensure Accurate Diamond Balances:
To view your diamonds accurately across all your wallets in one place, you must link all your wallets to a single account.
For example, if you have:
Account 1 with Wallet 1 and Wallet 2 linked
Account 2 with Wallet 3 linked
You need to link Wallet 1, Wallet 2, and Wallet 3 to the same account (e.g., Account 1) to ensure the correct total diamond balance is displayed.
Linking Additional Wallets
Click on your avatar in the top right next to your balance shown
A sidebar will open your existing profile where you can then click "Link another wallet"
A popup will appear with a list of numerous wallets across all supported chains
Select the desired wallet and complete the sign in process that appears to successfully link your wallet
You can repeat the steps to continue adding additional wallets
All added wallets will appear in the sidebar that pops up when your click your avatar in the top right
If you're still seeing discrepancies in your total balance between all your wallets, we advise you to relink your wallets by simply unlinking and then relinking them to your main account.
