You must affirmatively agree to the following:
(i) I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyright described above in connection with the content described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (ii) I represent that the information in this claim is true and correct and I am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and (iii) I consent to my complaint being forwarded to the user that posted the allegedly infringing content.
When Magic Eden receives an infringement claim, and/or removes an NFT or NFT collection pursuant to such an infringement claim, we will attempt to contact the originator, provide a copy of the infringement report (including the name and email of the party who submitted the claim) and provide information about how to submit a counter notice.
Magic Eden accepts counter notices for US-based copyright infringement reports. Upon receiving a DMCA counter notice, we will provide a copy of the counter notice to the original complaining party. The removed material may be replaced or access to it may be restored 10-14 business days after the counter notice is processed.
Magic Eden may reject reports of infringement or counter notices that contain information we believe is false, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise submitted in bad faith. Magic Eden also reserves the right to take action against abusers of this policy.
