To initiate the partnership request process, head over to our Help Centre.
Open a ticket
Once you're on our Help Centre page, you'll notice a chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on it to open a ticket.
Express your interest
In the text box, inform our team that you would like to partner with Magic Eden.
Confirm your intent
Our team will respond to your message, asking you to confirm whether you are seeking a partnership and/or marketing collaboration with Magic Eden. Simply click "yes" to confirm your intent.
Create a partnership ticket
Upon confirmation, you will be directed to open a partnership-specific ticket. This ensures that your request is directed to the appropriate team member for consideration.
Provide required information
In the partnership ticket, you will need to provide the following information:
Email address: Please provide a valid email address where we can reach you.
Name of your project: Clearly mention the name of your project or initiative.
Your Twitter/X account: Share your official Twitter account, so we can learn more about your project.
Brief proposal description: Provide a brief and concise description of your partnership proposal. Make sure to specify which blockchain this partnership pertains to.
Strong partnership proposals
A strong partnership proposal includes:
Clear objectives: Clearly outline the goals and objectives of your proposed partnership. Explain how it aligns with Magic Eden's mission and values.
Benefits: Describe the benefits of the partnership for both parties involved. Highlight the value you can bring to Magic Eden and the NFT community.
Blockchain specifics: Specify which blockchain platform (e.g. Solana, Bitcoin Ordinals, Polygon etc.) your partnership proposal refers to. Provide details about how your project integrates with the chosen blockchain.
Transparency: Be transparent about your project's current status, achievements, and any relevant milestones. This helps us understand your project's credibility and potential.
Submit your ticket
Once you've filled out all the required information in the partnership ticket, submit it. Your request will then be sent to our team for review.
Be patient
Please be patient as we process partnership requests. Our team carefully evaluates each proposal to ensure that it aligns with our vision and the best interests of our community.
