Your User ID is a unique identifier connected to the first recovery phrase you add or import into the Magic Eden app. Our team may use it to help diagnose issues or troubleshoot bugs, so sometimes customer support will ask you to share it.
How to find your User ID
Open the Magic Eden app.
Go to the Portfolio tab.
Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
Tap on User ID to copy it.
That’s it! You can now paste your User ID when asked by our support team. Your User ID does not give people access to your wallet or funds.
⚠️ Note: Your Magic Eden app User ID is different from your wallet address and different from your User ID on the marketplace [magiceden.io].
