Accessing the wallet
Navigate to the wallet portfolio page by clicking the pie chart icon on the bottom dock. Here you will see a list of your crypto assets.

Locating your swap history
Navigate to Portfolio page and select the History button located at the top section, next to the Send button
Filter for swaps
Once in the History page, select All Activities and then select Swap
Identifying pending swaps
If you're troubleshooting a swap that hasn't reflected in your wallet, look for it in the Pending state within your transaction history.
Investigating the pending swap
Click on the specific Pending swap to access detailed information, including the amount of the chosen currency, the transaction date and time, and its current status.
Retrieving Order ID and Deposit ID
Within the swap details, locate the Order ID and Deposit ID. Use the convenient copy button to save this crucial information for your communication with our customer service representative.
