Promotion Details:
By entering or participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Magic Eden Terms of Service, available at https://magiceden.io/terms-of-service.pdf (referred to as the "Magic Eden Terms"), in addition to the following terms:
Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Duration: The Promotion will be valid starting from 6/30/23 for a limited time. Please refer to the specific promotional period for more details.
Prize Pool: The total prize pool for this Promotion is limited to the equivalent of USDC 50,000 for all participants.
Prohibited Trading Activities: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in activities such as wash trading, front running, pump and dump trading, ramping, cornering, or any other deceptive or manipulative trading practices. This includes trading an NFT at successively lower or higher prices with the intention of creating a false, misleading, or artificial appearance of activity. Violation of these terms will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted and notified through a direct message to the winner's Twitter account or through another means of communication.
